Initial Deposit
An initial deposit of $1,300, accompanied by a fully completed reservation application and copy of your passport, is due ASAP to reserve a seat. A processing fee of 2.2% plus transaction fee will be added to credit card payments.

Balance Payment
Balance due amount after deposit:
• $1,650 per person / double room occupancy
• $2,075 per person / single room occupancy
Final payment due: May 18, 2020. A processing fee of 2.2% plus transaction fee will be added to credit card payments.

• Full deposit refund (no financial penalty) for cancellation 216 days prior to departure date of October 17, 2020.
• $300 penalty for cancellation between 215 to 184 days prior to departure date.
•$1,000 penalty for cancellation between 183 to 153 days prior to departure date.
• Non-Refundable for cancellation between 152 to 0 days before departure date.
