Initial Deposit
An initial deposit of $1,500, accompanied by a fully completed reservation application and copy of your passport, is due ASAP to reserve a seat. A processing fee of 2.2% plus transaction fee will be added to credit card payments.

Balance due amount after deposit:
• $1,795 per person / double room occupancy
• $2,350 per person / single room occupancy
Final payment due: May 1, 2020. A processing fee of 2.2% plus transaction fee will be added to credit card payments.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cancellation notifications must be sent in writing as follows:

• Full deposit refund (no financial penalty) for cancellation 165 days prior to departure date of September 2, 2020.
• $350 penalty for cancellation between 164 to 135 days prior to departure date.
•$1,000 penalty for cancellation between 134 to 103 days prior to departure date.
• Non-Refundable for cancellation between 102 to 0 days before departure date.
