Photo Contest Giveaway – Irish Cultural Center of Western New England

Join in and help welcome the Irish Cultural Center to Instagram by participating in our giveaway contest, and you could win one of two $50 gift certificates to the Irish House Restaurant!

Our theme is My Favorite ICC Experience. Post a photo of something you love about the ICC or an experience you have enjoyed. This could be an event you attended, a pint with friends, a celebratory dinner, your favorite ICC decorations, your favorite photo from an ICC Ireland tour, etc. We are excited to share in these experiences with our Patrons and friends!

We would love for you to enter on Instagram! Here’s how to participate:
1. Follow the ICC’s Instagram account

2. Post your photo, tag @irishculturalcenter_wne and add the hashtag #MyFavoriteICC in your post caption

You may also participate on Facebook:
1. Like the ICC’s Facebook page
2. Post your photo on the ICC’s page or your own, tag @IrishCulturalCenter and include the hashtag #MyFavoriteICC in your post caption (note that the post will need to be made “public” if it is on your own page)
3. If you do not have a photo, you can post a written description

Giveaway Rules and Prize Drawing:
Participation is open until 3 pm EST on March 31, 2021. The ICC will track all correctly tagged entries, and two winners will be selected at random and announced on March 31. The two winners will each receive a $50 gift certificate to the Irish House Restaurant, located at the Irish Cultural Center at 429 Morgan Road, West Springfield, MA.

One entry per person. Note: If the photo features other friends or family, please be sure you have their permission to post. By entering, the winners agree to have their names and/or photos published in ICC social media.

Official Rules

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of the United States. Employees and board members of the Irish Cultural Center and the Irish House Restaurant are ineligible. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules. The Irish Cultural Center may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winners, to appropriate taxing authorities. Odds of winning the prize offered will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. This contest is not endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.

Winner Selection: Authorized personnel of the Irish Cultural Center will select the Prize Winners via random drawing of all eligible entries on March 31, 2021. The winners will be notified via the social media platform where they posted their winning entry. Winners will have two (2) business days to respond via Direct Message or any other method as specified in the notification message, beginning on the day of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: By accepting the prize the Winners agree to the release of their name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.

Prize Restrictions: By participating in the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability: The Irish Cultural Center is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors in any giveaway-related materials. By participating in this giveaway and accepting a prize, Winners agree that the Irish Cultural Center and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and promotion agencies shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest or resulting from the Winners’ participation in the contest, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. The Irish Cultural Center reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest as determined by the Irish Cultural Center in its sole discretion. The Irish Cultural Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the rules of the giveaway.
