MEET OUR STAFF

Ellen GallivanEllen Mastroianni Gallivan
ICC Administrative Director

Ellen was born and raised in Springfield and now resides in Easthampton with her husband Jim. She graduated from Cathedral High School and STCC. Ellen has worked for years in finance – Head Bookkeeper in a large chain grocery store and in development and alumni relations at Cathedral High School. Ellen came to the ICC in 2015 and has been committed to the growth and expansion of this organization. She has 3 grown children and four grandchildren.


Sheri Hannifan
Irish House Restaurant General Manager

Sheri was born and raised in Holyoke; she currently lives in West Springfield. She comes to the Irish House Restaurant and Trinity Pub with 40 years of restaurant experience. She was formerly at The Ranch and Log Cabin/Delaney House. Sheri has always had a positive attitude and her life’s motto has always been “It could always be worse.” In her free time, Sheri enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.


Lenny RecordLenny Recor
Maintenance Assistant

Lenny has been working at Sunshine Village since 2003. Lenny has worked in various positions during his tenure. Lenny’s jobs included dishwashing at the former Horizons Restaurant, custodial at a Self Service Station, WAFB and Colebrook Realty just to name a few places. Throughout this time Lenny also worked at Village Works doing a variety of fulfillment jobs for Callaway Golf, Yankee Candle and Newell Rubbermaid. Lenny is a kind and happy go lucky person. Always a smile on his face, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games and socializing with his friends. “I love to work,” Lenny says, happy to be working at ICC and meeting new people here.
