Irish Language Classes

In cooperation with Elms College, the Irish Cultural Center is pleased to offer a range of Irish classes for the 2024/2025 academic year. In addition, this partnership is again successful in bringing to campus our fifteenth consecutive Irish Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant, Édith de Faoite. A Kerry native and graduate of Coláiste na hOllscoile Corcaigh (UCC), Édith looks forward to serving as a cultural ambassador to the Elms, ICC, and broader community.

These classes are a continuation of the courses started in the fall.

To enroll, download the registration form and send to the Elms College Registrar. ICC Patrons receive a $50 discount. Registrations MUST be received by January 21.

Volunteer opportunities
We want to continue to offer high quality Irish Language events and need your help to do so. There are many opportunities to get involved. The ICC Board has a language subcommittee. Its role is to raise funds, develop the annual language day, and identify other avenues to reach the community. Please contact Gerald Costello if you would like to be involved.
