Springfield Rifles Rugby 2022 Spring Season

The Springfield Rifles Rugby Club has announced their 2022 spring season. Home matches at the ICC field are listed below. 

Saturday, April 23 at the ICC
Practice starts around noon. 
Men’s Match vs. Cape Cod: kickoff at 1:00 pm
Women’s Match vs. Cape Cod: kickoff approximately 3:00 pm

Saturday, April 30 at the ICC
Women’s Match vs Upper Valley & North Shore: kickoff at 10:00 am
Men’s Match vs New London: kickoff at 1:00 pm

The Irish House Restaurant and Trinity Pub opens at noon on these days for pub grub and drinks to enjoy while watching the action. We hope to see you here to cheer on your local team back at their home field!

Free Rugby Youth Clinic on April 23
For 6th–12th grade students, hosted by the Springfield Rifles Rugby Club and New England Free Jacks of Major League Rugby. Saturday, April 23 at 11:30 am at the ICC.

First 20 registrations get a free t-shirt. Same day registration also available. No experience necessary! Learn basic skills (no contact). Bring water, athletic clothes, and sneakers/cleats. All participants and families can attend the men’s and women’s matches starting at 1 pm. Register online here.
