Wild Game Pairing Dinner January 30
Please join us at the Irish House Restaurant and Trinity Pub for a special Wild Game Pairing Dinner on January 30 at 6:00 pm; dinner begins at 6:30 pm. Four courses, including Portabella Mushrooms Stuffed with Wild Boar Sausage with a Beer Cheese Sauce, Bison Flank Steak Salad Wrap, Wild Game Jambalaya, and Minced Meat Cobbler are paired with four perfectly chosen drinks to accompany the meal.
Tickets are $55 for ICC Patrons, $65 for general public. There is a special ICC Patron presale for the first 7 days – tickets for the public go on sale January 10. General public may call for reservations during this time, and will be placed on a wait list until the presale is over.
